Michael Joseph

Co-founder

Managing Partner 

Since mid-1989, Mr. Joseph has purchased and/or developed over 10,000 apartment units and over 800,000 square feet of commercial space, totaling more than $1.5 billion located in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. 


Additional experience: From 1982-1989, Michael led the Real Estate Finance department at Mabon, Nugent and Co. that arranged or participated in over $400 million of real estate financing and performed a wide range of advisory services including mortgage financing, syndication and other real estate investments. 

Leonard Stokes

Co-founder

Managing Partner 

Since 2010, Mr. Stokes has managed/self performed over $500M construction/development work in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee. Sectors include Higher Ed, Healthcare, Commercial, Residential, Student Housing, Industrial, Mixed Use, Retail, Sports, Green Building, Government.


Partners/Clients: Turner Construction, Messer Construction, HGC Construction, Brasfield & Gorrie, Children’s Hospital, Duke Energy, 3CDC, Toyota, National Guard, United States Air Force, First Financial Bank.
